We’ve brightened the traditional gimlet with a balance of tart raspberry and delicate elderflower, creating a crisp, fruit-laced cocktail that’s both refreshing and elegant. Expect floral top notes, a lively citrus tang, and a smooth juniper finish from our signature Old Tom base. Perfect for spring evenings, garden gatherings, or as a vibrant aperitif.

Ingredients

• Biggar Old Tom Gin (Scottish Old Tom Gin of the Year 2024)
• Elderflower cordial
• Lime juice.
• Tayport Raspberry Liqueur.

Serving Instructions (serves 2)

The Gimlet is best served in a coupe or cocktail glass.

1. Pour the cocktail (serves 2) into a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds
3. Strain into a cocktail or coupe glass
   
4. Garnish with the provided lime wheel
